Conference ICL2008
Last September 24-26, 2008, the paper called "On Integrating Semantic Learning Object Repositories in the Open Knowledge Initiative (OKI) Architecture" was presented in Villach, (Austria) as part of the SUMA project.
The team of University of Alcalá de Henares, Salvador Sánchez-Alonso, Daniel Rodriguez, Alberto Abián, Sinuhé Arroyo and Miguel Ángel Sicilia are the authors of the presentation that are available to download from the Comunication Link of this website.
Introduction to the SUMA Project
The project is part of the International OPEN ED-TECH 2008 Workshop, which takes place in Barcelona on the 11th and 12th of November 2008.
The SUMA project is presented at an event organised by the Open University of Catalunya (FUOC), one of the partners of the project, in Barcelona. The main of the meeting is to build a community as a bridge among communities (technological, pedagogical and politicise) and to offer an opportunity of collaboration thorough SUMA technology.

This event, organised in collaboration with MIT's Open Knowledge
Initiative, will focus on the research consortium, which is one of the keys to meeting the challenge of education technology today. Inter-institutional collaboration enables more effective learning, and at the same time, creates the relevant market opportunities.
